Ordering & Payment

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your payment information on our servers.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options and hope to offer international delivery soon.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey to your door.
What if my package is lost or damaged? We take great care in packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return? Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Are there any items that can't be returned? For hygiene reasons, certain items like bedding or personal care products may not be eligible for return once opened. Please check the product description or contact us if you're unsure.

How do I care for my WarmThread Living products? Care instructions are included with each product and can also be found on the product page. Most items are designed for easy maintenance and everyday use.

Do you restock sold-out items? We do our best to restock popular items. If something you love is out of stock, sign up for restock notifications on the product page or reach out to us directly.
